OMI provides a cost free, in depth consultation for each potential client. This provides the client with a brief, comprehensive education on the professionally correct process for successful hair removal.
The OMI consultation process was initiated by Robert Oakwell-Morgan back in 1979 as a ten-point outline. Those ten points remain the heart of the consultation process while the consultation has gained tremendous substance due to the history of the company and its successfulness,.
Generally a potential client arrives at OMI for a consultation with many questions to be answered. After OMI’s consultation have been completed, most of those questions have been answered to the client’s satisfaction. After virtually every consult, the client reports that they have gained absolute confidence in OMI’s ability to provide the very best hair removal service available anywhere.
In many cases the potential client has been to a number of others providing hair removal services. Without exception, the clients' comments support the fact that absolutely no one else provides such an in depth consult process with the most detailed information as does OMI. Of course there are a high number of potential clients dissatisfied with treatment they received elsewhere. Once again OMI’s consult process clearly demonstrates why OMI provides such a high degree of successful hair removal treatment that is far superior to any competitor.
It is true that over the years and up to the present, many others have tried to copy OMI and we consider that a compliment. OMI trained staff working elsewhere
There are many reasons for people to change their employer such as relocation, maternity leave, illness etc. Occasionally a staff member has left to accept employment with an employer offering services similar to OMI. It has been established that the usual reason for such a change is to escape the extremely demanding operational procedures employed by OMI.
To remain the best in the business of hair removal, OMI has always maintained very strong checks and balances through clinical protocols, methodologies and a rigid control of treatment quality. No one else operates to these extremely high standards because of the added costs and time constraints.
Naturally technologists no longer working for OMI Medical need not comply with these really tough OMI standards. As a result, the quality of the treatment they provide is dramatically degraded.
Although you may be offered treatment outside of OMI by ex OMI staff, you will unfortunately still receive substandard treatment at least in comparison to OMI. Your best course of action is naturally to come to OMI for the best value and treatment success.
