DIRECTIONS TO THE NORTH YORK CLINIC

When a client is booked after 6 PM and/or on Saturdays or Sundays, please use the following instructions:
Clients are advised that once they enter the Sheppard Centre, they must remain on the Concourse (lower) level of the mall. To have access to the eleveators in the business tower.
Note: Clients cannot gain access to the mall from Sheppard after 6:00 PM or on Saturdays or Sundays. Entry from the street is by Yonge Street only.
Clients must use the intercom system to connect with OMI (do not use a cell phone).
Dial #0901 and stay on the line
OMI staff will release the door and send an elevator.
Do not get into another elevator as it may take them up but not necessarily to the ninth floor
Press 9
Cleaning staff or other Sheppard Centre staff cannot bring you to the ninth floor using their access card.
PARKING FACILITIES AT THE SHEPPARD CENTRE
Underground parking is accessible as follows:
Greenfield Ave is one block north of Sheppard running east and west between Doris Avenue and Yonge Street. Access to Sheppard Centre parking is off Doris Avenue. Turn east onto Greenfield from Yonge Street then turn south onto Doris Avenue then immediately right for parking.
When traveling on Sheppard Avenue, turn north onto Doris Avenue which runs north and off Sheppard, one block east of Yonge Street. Just before the lights at Greenfield and Doris, turn left into underground parking.
Weekdays each person receives one hour free parking and on weekends two hours free parking.
All tickets must be processed through the ticket machines behind the Security desk. Additional time must be paid for at the ticket machines. The ticket will then be used to allow you to exit the automated gates of the parking facilities.
